TRNG paper accepted for IEEE TCAS-I.

This marks our first major journal publication since launching the lab last year. Our work fundamentally advances true random number generator circuit techniques, paving the way for next-generation security and computing systems. To demonstrate its performance, we have successfully taped out a chip in a 65-nm process. This achievement reflects the dedication and talent of our team, and I could not be more proud. Exciting times lie ahead.
